Just found your channel and watching the GT rebuild, loving the videos and clear detailed explanation. I’m currently rebuilding a 1990 Suzuki RM250 so love to learn lots of different ways of doing things. Looking forward to watching all you videos.

So close to seeing what I needed.
I instants my back wheel after retouching the chain but after tightening the axle nut the wheel is super difficult to spin. What did I do wrong?

Hello sir. I know this is an older video, so you may not even see this, but I'm hoping you might be able to tell me what the outcome was with the jug and piston? It kinda looked like you mah have found new ones??? I think mine was just rusted stuck like yours and I might be able to just put new rings on it, but I'm kinda dealing with a weird availability issue. I can't find new original sized rings. I could get a piston with rings that is oversized, but I wasn't really wanting to bore it over. Did you find new ones, or was hours usable with new rings? If yoh said in the viddeo, I missed it. And speaking of the videos... thank you SOOOO MUCH for taking the time to do this and in such a meticulous fashion! Mine was in BEAUTIFUL condition, even the tank and seat looked like brand new, but it was likely because it had an issue of some kind and the owner took it all apart and quit, leaving a beautiful newish bike to be discovered coveted in the future by myself, problem being, not only did I not see it come apart, therefore missing the location of all of the loose peices I got with it, but also it was incomplete. Ive bought 2 big miscellaneous piles of fasteners off ebay just to have some original stuff to work with whilst doing this jigsaw puzzle and having your videos is going to be PRICELESS!!!!

Where did you get forks redone? Are they original or aftermarket? I'm currently doing a 77' as well.
