6:21 yung architect ko ganyan din drawing niya nung una, closed laundry area. Kaya ininsist ko talaga na nasa outdoor dapat ang laundry area ko and yung sampayan malayo sa dirty kitchen para hindi mangamoy clothes everytime magluluto. Iba talaga kapag hands on sa pagtatayo ng house. Hindi porke licensed sila sa pagbubuild eh they know everything na. Yung mga binago ko sa design mas okay kesa dun sa mga hinayaan ko na lang. kasi ikaw ang titira dun sa house so dapat priority mo yung comfort of living mo as the home owner. lesson learned. 💓

i hope you make architecture content na non-residential din architect, something na culture focused 😢😢😢 dahil sayo maraming pilipino ang mas naging aware and educated about architecture kaya sana maintroduce mo rin sila sa mga non-residential, (like mga institutional and cultural bldgs and etc)

2yr and 8months palang construction ng house nila kasi October 2021 sila nag ground breaking hehehe yung 4yrs na sinasabi niya ay kung kailan sakanila binigay ng parents ni Mikee yung house and lot na yan.

It happened to my house. It took 2 years due lockdown and ECQ. It started around January 2020 and then all of sudden lockdown on March 2020. So my project had to hold for nearly 2 years and then they were able to finish around mid 2023
