Good video but even Bulkowski stated that those in the top place don't have enough samples/frequency to justify having faith in actually trading them. Some of them having just 2, 000 occurrences out of 4.7 million is going to be tough to practically trade.

I have a question on the Bull/Bear success. I'm new to this so bear with me. In the example for Evening star it performed better in a bear market (4.34%) does that meean the market is bear then it reverses to bull or is it in bull reversing to a bear market?
