Install ZFS for LXD under WSL

This is the first step to making your new Linux system under Windows (using WSL) a flexible playground. Heard of Docker? This is better. But before I tell you that story, I have to tell you this story of Sun Microsystems and the ZFS (zettabyte file system) which is best for Linux containers and comes from one of the baddest of the bad in Tech, Sun Microsystems, today gobbled up by Oracle, but OpenSolaris continues thanks to them rushing everything out into FOSS before Oracle put the kibosh on it.
