NEW Pinpointing Battle Royale Game Mode in Geoguessr

Welcome back everyone! Today I am playing a new version of Battle Royale mode in Geoguessr. Instead of getting just the country, this mode focuses on trying to pinpoint as close to the actual location as possible. Make sure to subscribe as we are so close to 2k!!! I really like this mode. The other one is only about how quick you can guess and not how good your guess is. This mode is way closer to the "original" Geoguessr. To make it a good guess you have to read signs, figure out the road you're on and look a the compass, not only identify the country.

19:15 The sign you looked at said "PRAHA" which is Czech for Prague. One of the roads out of Prague on the west, northwest was the 7.

I've really enjoyed this new mode, but it is stressful, you can't relax like you can in the country only one.
When I saw Chiclayo in the last round I was shouting at screen, as I've actually visited there!
Really enjoying the content, just one small thing, your sound level is quite low, just something you might want to check.

plaza de catalunya was on a signpost, i have been there couple of times, the main road La Rambla takes you down to the sea

In Distance Battle Royale, I think it's a good idea to guess the country first and then have time left for additional closer guesses in case you're wrong or not close enough.

If it did tell you how far you are, you would be able to find the location within 2 guesses.

Hypothetical example:

1- Your guess is 50 miles away. So you draw a circle with a radius of 50 miles with a center at the point you guessed.

2 - Pick a random point on the circle. Your guess is 25 miles away. You repeat step 1

Intersection point is the location. Obviously hard to do on paper, but software exists.

Agree with the sentiment this gamemode would be awesome with other content creators. Also for me if I am in 2nd to last 100% I will use another guess and see if it improves so I have an idea for a direction of last second guess. If I am third to last I might still if I have several guesses saved up just to be safe.

Also in the final 2 rounds especially the last round I spam guesses especially if I know the country, but idk if that is best or if its best to look for more info to pinpoint, because right now I average 3.5 place but I find winning much harder than the country mode
