ive had a struggle with depression for around 10 years now. ive been to therapy and that helped quite a lot. but what really helped was changing my lifestyle. from a neet with anxiety to a guy who actively pursues something that gives him meaning. ive gotten a long way but my journey just begun. it feels incredible to be able to say "im proud of the man in the mirror" and actually mean it.
