Beautiful. I wish I were able to hear them in the States one day. I am very happy to have discovered this wonderful choir. Nothing as powerful as the human voice and the harmonies one can make.

The conductor and choir leader tells that she is not trying to something extraordinary. I appreciate that because I think the most of the music I like is not something created by force. There is lots of contemporary art music, post modernistic, however you wish to call it. Mainly it sounds like academic curiosity. I guess, mainly the good music evolves little by little. Bach, Beethoven, all those did not start from a scratch. There were centuries of work before the Brandenburg Concertos of the symphonies. Now there are music academies trying to create something extraordinary which, very often, leads into something my niece was able to do when she was four. Or maybe I am amusical and cannot hear the difference. Now, this Amalgamation choir does not do anything outside any box, so to say. And still they do. Their library videos are great, even funny in subtle ways.They ARE doing something new, but maybe not on purpose, then. And they are not using excessively resources for that. They are, if I understood correct, ordinary women living ordinary life and have this choir as their hobby. Sometimes a lot be can done quite easily.

Μπράβο ρε Οι φωνές σας είναι σαν νερό στα διψασμένα μας αυτιά και ψυχές!!! Γνώριμες μελωδίες και ακούσματα παρόμοια με αυτά των παππούδων μου στην Κρήτη. Φιλιά πολλά από την Κρήτη και την Μακεδονία στην Κύπρο μέσω Ελβετίας (ένας ξενιτεμένος) !!
