7-10 days after inoculating your boom bag grain spawn with liquid culture, you'll notice that mycelium has started to form in thick white clumps along the bottom of the bag and near the injection site.

To speed up the colonization process, you're going to want to break up those white clumps of mycelium and mix thoroughly throughout the rest of your uncolonized bag. Now that your mushroom spores have started to form, it will colonize the rest of your grain quicker.

Once you've finished punching and mixing the grain, your boom bag should look the same it did before inoculation. Return to its box with the breathing port exposed, so the mushroom spores can get the oxygen they need to propagate further. Within another week, your bag should be fully colonized...

Tune into our next video to see how to transfer your colonized grain to your soil base and fruiting chamber.

I'm sorry your business failed. This video is only a year old and your website is down and Google produces zero results for your product. It's a bummer cuz I would have ordered one.
