One of the main things my therapist always pushes is to not listen to sad music because it's really bad for your mood and hurts you more than it comforts you. I really appreciate playlists like these that I come across that bring me comfort and joy when I'm having a bad day and actually help my mood. You're helping so many people by making upbeat playlists like these that come up instead of the others and I'm super thankful!!

To everyone who's studying with this music:
Checklist:
• A bottle of water, at least 1liter. Your brain works better if it has enough water and drinking helps you to concentrate💧
• Your charger. You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋
• Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones, because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧
• a tea or coffee. Coffee keeps you awake, green or black tea can make you feel more awake as well.☕
• Your study/work stuff: your laptop/tablet/phone, a few pens, paper or whatever you need.⌨
•Anything else you could need, what about a heat pad, a blanket, a good lamp, your pet so you have a study buddy 🐈


Reminder:After an hour, you should stand up and walk a bit around. Better stop the music or put on different music for the break. Open your window, even if it's cold outside. Fresh air will make it better, trust me.
You could also lay your head down on your desk for ten minutes and listen to a podcast. Or, if you have to read a book, listen to the audiobook of it. You can also listen to the audiobook while doing another thing, that's even better than listening to music while reading the book.

Coming back to this playlist a year after I was at my lowest just trips me out. I got to do all the things I wanted to do and got to be what I wanted to be. I got the girl, even tho she’s gone now and never really loved me, it’s fine, bc this is proof that everything is gonna be fine in the end

My father who has bpd just took his anger out on my grandmother and I (as we with the disorder un-managed tend to do) and I'm listening to this to try and lighten up my mood a bit after that. I've watched this playlist countless amounts of times. All the songs in this playlist are really comforting. This is also the only playlist I've found that's good for cleaning, staring at the ceiling and studying to. I will tell you once again THIS PLAYLIST IS PERFECT.❤
