The pain on Ben's face is so real. He could have potentially lived for hundred of years on the island with Hurley before dying. And yet still one of the biggest regrets he needed forgiveness for was what he did to John.

Once you’ve seen LOST every single show out there doesn’t even come close to comparing.

The fact that someone uploaded a 1080p clip in 2010 in itself deserves a massive appreciation.

The untold history between Hurley and Ben is really something. All the years together summed up with great respect from both sides. It's so great.

“Ya know, you were a really good number 2.”
“And you were a great number 1 Hugo.”
Those two lines gave me the feels.

Such a beautiful scene. What Jacob wanted was for people to make the right decision without anyone having to tell them it was. And through this scene, we can see that he succeeded. Ben can enter the church anytime he wants, but he chooses not to. He isn't being judged by anyone, it's his choice to right his wrongs and do what's right.

Of all the character endings, Ben's was the most satisfying. Sure he doesn't get to move on yet, but he's not ready to. Yet we have a feeling that maybe someday he will achieve it. It seemed right for his character and his last words with Locke and Hurley said everything they needed to.

Ben’s happiness when seeing Hugo makes me filled with joy

John struck a chord with most viewers because he's the one we can identify with. Very view of us are renown spinal surgeons, former Iraqi interrogator, or international fugitives, but most of us want to be special, yearn for something spectacular or adventurous to happen in our lives to take us away from our humdrum everyday existence and wipe out the mistakes we made or hardships thrown at us.

John Locke believed he was special. But nobody else in the outside world treated him as if he was special, his father treated him like crap. Then nobody in the Oceanic 815 believed that he was special or that special was even a thing (except maybe for Boone). When he found the first man who believed he was special, he murdered Locke for it.

I believe Locke finally realized the irony of it all.

Wow.  Their final words to one another are quite symbolic.

Ben: "You know, I don't think you need to be in that chair anymore." Ben is essentially saying "You're stronger than what's happened to you."

John: "Goodbye Ben." John giving Ben a farewell, 'no harm done' sort of speech.

I wonder what Hurley and Ben's adventures were like

Poor guy. In order to attain enlightenment you've got to let go and forgive yourself for all the things you've done. And in his case he still had a long way to go.

Clearly the best two characters of the show.

It warms my heart to know this clip has been here 13 years and will continue to be here for whenever I need it. ❤️

You can tell how much the writers adored Ben and how they'd developed him, he's not only the only villain who makes it through alive but they even give him what he always wanted a position under the protector. It's the role he always wanted to do for Jacob but was never allowed to. He's the new Richard essentially. It suits the new Ben far better than his old position of power which arguably led to him to become the selfish person he was for most of the shows length. It's a sad moment though when he admits he wasn't special. It's the thing he always wanted to be (making him very much like Jacob ironically) but never quite could be, despite claiming to be told he was by Richard. It must have been hard to be told all those things only for someone to come along who seems to be so much more special

It's funny how in the end the show made us like Ben. I felt so bad for him in this scene. He deserves to move on with the rest of them.

"I'll see ya" such a perfect line

Probably the most underrated scene in the entire show

One of the reasons I love the finale so much is all of the symbolism/hidden meanings. The writers did a superb job
