Introduction to Object-Oriented Modeling and Simulation with Modelica and OpenModelica Sept 20, 2021

This tutorial gives an introduction to the Modelica modeling language, the OpenModelica environment, and an overview of modeling and simulation in a number of application areas including sustainabilit. Moreover, an introduction to debugging Modelica models will be given, as well as generating 3D graphics from simulations. Some advanced features of OpenModelica will be presented, including clocked synchronous support, real-time embedded code generation, OMPython, OMJulia, OMMatlab, overview of optimization, etc.
A number of hands-on exercises will be done during the tutorial, both graphical modeling using the Modelica standard library and textual modeling. Use your laptop for exercises. Presenters: Peter Fritzson and Adrian Pop. The tutorial was presented during the Modelica'2021 conference.

I love that you point out the difference between Simulink and OM. So many people view Simulink as the go to tool these days and don't understand.

when I try open a .mo file the message "Scripting Notification
Automatically loaded package ModelicaServices 4.0.0 due to uses annotation from Modelica." appears but nothing is visualized. Not an editor or a plot....nothing. How do I fix this?
