💬 Opening theme from Dreamworks's Shrek by John Powell and Harry Gregson-Williams. This piano arrangement includes part of the song "Helmet Hair" which is a variation of Fairytale opening. The ending of the song has also been modified to make it self-conclusive, as the original song has an abrupt cut-off.
The multiple key changes turn Fairytale into a nostalgic, delicate and beautiful song.
This piano tutorial is for an intermediate piano level and I have included the fingering I used in the sheet music for easy learning.

Sublime. I loved the tune "Nocturne" (by Secret Garden) upon which this is based, which is often mistaken for Fairytale. This is a work of art.
