Just wondering why @ scene :44, you didn't just select from the menu on the right side, the "Turn Windows Defender Firewall on or off"? It seems it would be a lot easier.

Can you please help me with something if you can please. I am asked to block users from being able to download/install games/gaming applications on their window devices, whether its from the MSFT store, the web, online, etc. How do I block this in Intune?

Pretty sure what you just showed was an instruction on how to enable apps having internet connection, not windows allowing threats thought changing windows defender settings
