The video is pretty much appreciated but please note that it's not a regular RTX 3060 but a Mobile one (for laptops) which also seems to be capped at 90W.

The RTX 3060 Mobile does 10.94TFLOPS with Nvidia's boost clock and can go up to 130W depending on the laptop.
The standard RTX 3060 does 12.74TFLOPS with Nvidia's boost clock but any assembler has higher speeds.

So a regular RTX 3060 should perform noticeably better.
