Inside Naomi Judd's Expensive Farm - Ashley Judd Describes Her Last Moments

The Grammy-winning country musician Naomi Judd died last month after shooting herself, her daughter, the actor Ashley Judd, said on Thursday.
Ashley discussed the death of her 76-year-old mother in an interview on ABC’s Good Morning America.

“I will share with you that she used a weapon,” Judd said of her mother, who died on 30 April following a long battle with depression. “My mother used a firearm.”

Ashley said she understood the public would know her mother died by her own hand once an autopsy was released, but wanted to be in control of the news.

“We’re very uncomfortable sharing but understand that we are in the position [where] if we don’t say it, someone else is going to,” Ashley said.

Ashley’s sister Wynonna, also a renowned singer who formed the Judds with her mother, did not appear on ABC because she was not ready to talk about her mother’s death.

you all never seen it coming...but it was always in her mind..Wynonna she kept testing her mother and did not let little things just over look...her mother through its in your face you can't handle her anxiety and brain think not true😢 depression is with that person... is always there and Naomi's illness was stress from child hood just like mine..no body has the same thinging but...really need to have reassurances in eveyway ...not let downs ever that would put your mind in a download for sure..my opinion only..Naomi's had to have reassurances always..very greatfull and very loving daughter's...you had to downshift to her level and bring her back up so many times a time (bomb )was just waiting to go off ...but you girls kept her alive long and lots of help to by her husband an fans an friends..her mother took her life ...in her mind.... from the beginning..she was sick to...only people that turn their own children away did not handle thier lifes...so how can they handle or love their child..😢 Wynonna you had to be the mom to your mother an sister...it's ok and you don't have to explain that to no one..I feel uncomfortable with this situation but it is not your fault and you girls to don't have to feel uncomfortable with your mom's dealth...I feel sad for you put your mom is going to be alright and her husband will too...
