IOS 18 turned this ON after the update on my IPAD. The update also broke trying to navigate the external screen FULLY with my mouse. I turned this floating button off and it also fixed the navigation issue with the mouse being able to move across the ENTIRE external screen. So turning the button off fixes the new mouse bug as well! (you have to have an external screen to see the bug)
