This is my second Dyson. The first one is now a camp vacuum. The Dyson 11 I bought was mainly for dog hair. As for your demo's the vacuum picked up everything pretty well. However, I have noticed it does not pick up the Dog hair as well as it did. I have changed everything but the rubber bumper on the power head. We clean our carpets 3 times a year with a professional carpet cleaner. We vacuum every day so the hair doesn't collect, but we have noticed lately there is still a fair amount of hair on the floors and carpets.

Nice video. I think the thing Dyson has over competitors is the multi-cyclones. But I am not personally a Dyson fan. I like the Shark Stratos line. I think I saw the Stratos did slightly better on pickup tests, with 100% on carpet. It's less expensive than Dyson, but I also realize there are Dyson fans and Shark fans, and "never the twain shall meet" lol! I always enjoy your videos and comedy 😂👍

The Dyson V11 Animal doesn't have the LCD screen though 🤔 might be V11 but not sure it's the Animal... also says "Animal" on top of the main long piece that goes into the canister/motor unit (& power head at bottom). Didn't come with screw-shaped small motor attachment but the straight small power head attachment. Updated: after further research, this is 100% V11, not V11 Animal, sorry guys
