Learning Java: #13 - Extending Abstract Classes with Inheritance

In this lesson I explain Inheritance and how you would use it in your programs. This is one of the basic ideologies taught in Object Oriented programming. It will come in handy in the future when we talking about Polymorphism and importing classes.

I do use BlueJ in this tutorial but everything seen here can be done in Eclipse or any other java editor. I use BlueJ to help give a visual demonstration as to what is going on.

for some reason every time I run something, the Terminal Window always has just an extra space and it extremely irritating. Anyone know how I can't fix this

Why don't you just select abstract class while creating it instead of class?
