Hi Doc, what do you think the benefits of citalopram are over Lexapro if any? Ive read it has a mild antihistamine effect which could be better for anxiety & sleep? Thanks

Good afternoon Dr. Rossi. Thanks for the video. I am taking Citalopram 10mg + Wellbutrin of 150mg and everything was fine for several years. I am started to feel anxious and less interested in things. Can I increase to 20mg +300 mg of Wellbutrin? The reason is I go to a family doctor and he is great but probably wouldn't necessarily be cognoscente of these medications. Thanks

What dose of sertraline will be equivalent to 10mg of escitalopram?
What is more effective in your experience- sertraline or escitalopram?

Citalopram is found in Celexa as HBr Citalopram. Escitalopram is better
