Great video thank you! I am considering to buy the arc XL I am interested in the 16 inch pizza you have made: to sum up: 350 gr dough, 16", temp 470F, turned off the oven, 3 min baking (!?), final oven temp 412F. Did I get it right? If so I am surprised it took 3 min only at higher temperatures it takes me 5-6 min. Thank you

I hope Gozney would update the Dome and the S1 to the same type of side flame with no holes in the stone.

Lovely looking pizza. Can this style of pizza be done in the roccbox? I know can't get 16" but like a new york style thanks

I was so anxious to see you LIFT IT Up to the table and drat ! You skipped that part...LOL HOW heavy was it ? Did you both need to lift it? ( we had to bring help in to lift the Dome so I hoping for your comment on the 'lift' ;) I also hope the stone doesn't crack on this one. Great review--coool you bought it yourselves so we can trust your opinion.

Three cooks in and my stone cracked for no reason. Warm weather. No water. No thermal shock. The Arc XL is the most expensive pizza oven I’ve used and yet the only one that stone has cracked. Go figure.
