I don’t get the logic behind why xy chains work. More specifically, why do bi values cells that share a value and see each other on the board allow you to link them together and continuously link them to other cells? In example one, when I tried to work backwards from the xy-chain between the 6-7 cell and the 6-1 cell, I checked what the values would be for each cell in the chain if either of those cells were the 6, and when the 6-7 cell was the 6, the chain didn’t work. Am I thinking about this wrong?
