Do Demon slayer/half complete in order to get Silverlight. Silverlight is better than iron scimitar if you're staying 1 attack and f2p.

I think your point about the beer str pot combo is confusing, deinking a beer and than a str pot wont get you any higher than drinking only the str pot.

If your account has 30hp and 40str like in this video, you can equip a rune warhammer nowadays.

by they way there is an item called the even rpg which has the fastest attack speed of any melee weapon, it might be better for what you are doing. You'd have to see if it would lower your max hit.

You can use an event RPG and attack a 1 def pure alt in clan wars, healing it with wines for best F2P XP

Worst guide lol 6 hours for 35 str.. I got that in 2 hours. Free to play players goto monks north west from barbarian village or west from edgeville. Members goto rock crabs and drink combat potions

what to train 1-99 atk with one def f2p? would me killing ice giants or greater demons at wildy be okay with protect of melee? 40-99?

Any tips on fighting mages? They seem way more powerful, than melee characters. My "build" is not a pure, 30 att, 32 str, 5 def, 14 prayer, but I can't beat anything in the wildreness, eating lobsters and drinking strenght potions.

with 1 attack and 35 str i miss 9/10 hits. It is TERRIBLE. Do not use this guide.

u can also do waterfall quest to get 30 attack n str within under an hour and go to sand crabs... rip anyone who followed this and had a bond or membership
