I don't wear any, i have a sun shade come down over my eyes from my helmet.
LS2 adventure helmets have great ones that come down almost all the way so you dont get any light in.
Been in an accident with one of their helmets as well due to a txt and drive person and it worked awesome!

I don't think glass is the worse projectile to worry about. A stone or a nut coming at you at speed would be far worse. This would smash through most glasses.
The helmet manufacturers should invent a polycarbonate screen that pulls down from the helmet to protect your eyes and deflect debris
