I worked in silicon valley during massive layoffs. American citizens literally trained their foreign replacements before being laid off. This happened not only in the tech sector; major insurance companies like Fireman's Fund replaced their entire workforce with lower paid h1 visa holders. Invest in the American education system and make education free for all citizens.
