My biggest thing is ill be doing great and not doing compulsions for two weeks then all the sudden I get a huge wave of need to do compulsions. Feels like Im gonna die. Need to expect like you said

I hate to say this but, does emotional exhaustion last forever?😮😅 Ocd seems to be gone now, it's still there but it's nothing now, I'm just tired. Don't get frustrated. I'm sorry
