Since the shape of Venus is spherical, wouldn't you need to perform this analysis with a truncated cone shape rather than a cubic column? Once you reach large elevations, the cross section of this element will be much wider than at the surface.

The molar heat capacity is normalized to NA, the Avogadro number of molecules and does not depend on height. Why does it depend so strongly on height in your table? For Gases it should only depend weakly on temperature, being f/2 × R with f=7 for CO2.
