I visited Nigeria years ago and spent weeks eating nothing but chicken and rice.. came back home to the US via London. First meal I ordered at the hotel was a huge beef dinner.. after eating it I became violently ill. Later I gave up beef and pork entirely for decades and have only had them recently a handful of times out of necessity. It's not that these foods aren't tasty, when prepared well they taste great! It's the healthfulness of certain foods that is the issue. Especially as we age. So I think Brother Kamaru is steering you right Shannon, focus on your chicken and rice, and fruits and vegetables, and leave the carbs and heavier foods alone❣️🙏🏼✨
