I'm only halfway through this video but being someone who is quite knowledgeable offroad, I have learned a couple things from this lady and she explains them nicely. I've been looking for videos like this so that I am more capable in deep sand and in the dunes. I spend most of my time in mud, rock, and less fine and deep of sand where I'm at in Texas.

Today I was experienced same situation one of it and it was my first time, I really got scared and panicked I stepped out of the Jeep asked a person to help me out 😢 this video really made me go again to dunes and face the challenge, I would have seen this video before then I would not seek for help I would have handled it. Thanks again ❤

Is this similar to the principles of driving in the snow? Or is sand a completely differently feel? Like spongier and more “sinking” feeling? How hard is sand on all the moving parts, like the brakes, calipers, rotors, and I’m assuming things like the engine have crazy air filters? Are these vehicles retrofitted specifically for high heat / sand driving? Great video!
