Actually most technologically and spiritually advanced civilizations in the galaxy use computers that are self-aware and the communication with them is telempathic as the computer is an extension of the user's consciousness. But really great video, both the hitchhiker's part and the review! peace

Hi,

Which version of XBMC is working well for you?
You keep saying android xbmc vs regular. Are you talking about the libstagefright version?

Great review. I have one and it looks full of potentional but so far its advancing too slowly and since the quad core rockchips are about to be released

Hey, thanks for the reply. I actually went back and tried some different videos. Full blown 1080p from a GoPro plays without a single jitter. I think the file I had was crap and badly encoded. Streaming in SD seems to work fine for me in XBMC. 720p not so much but it can handle locally saved 720p files. I just realised that a version of XBMC came with it on the SD card. There's an "apk" folder I never knew about until I opened SolidExplorer. Still won't detect my Playstation controllers though.

I don't think it plays too nicely with Playstation peripherals. I tried to connect my PS3 chatpad when I got it and it never worked. The chatpad works on my tablet so it can't be the chatpad. Haven't tried my PS3 controller yet but I think there's a better chance of getting it to connect with the SixAxis Controller app. Streaming in XBMC was a bit iffy but I'll be testing it with full blown 1080p videos tonight. As long as they're saved locally, they play nicely.

Any update on a USB hub? Can the stick supply power to a USB hub or does it need its own power source?

Hi! I have one that has been unused for many years, but now I would like to get it back up and running. But I have a problem, I don't know where the card with the operating system went. I've searched the internet for several days but all firmware download links are down. Do you still have a copy of the original firmware to send me? If yes, I would be very grateful. If not, do you have any suggestions so that I can solve my problem?

Thank you very much in advance.

Note: I am Brazilian and I used Google translator to write.
