Not a lot of people know this, but the laundry pods are incased in plastic. Yes, they do break down, but the micro particals of plastic go into our waste water which in turn goes through the city water filters. They are too small to be filtered out and end up in our recycled drinking water. We ingest them through the drinking water. Fact, look it up. We vote with our dollars, so if we all stand up and say, I won't buy your product until you make an eco-friendly product that won't hurt us, these companies won't change.

At my house, because of my allergies, we only use 1 detergent, and vinegar to rinse all our clothes. The only other "chemical" is washing soda (sodium carbonate: Na2CO3). These 3 things take care of all our clothes' problems, from stains, grease, to odors. And there's 7 ppl in our family, from age 6 to 60!

I started using the laundry sheets that are completely organic and free from just about everything! I just love them. They come in a biodegradable paper bag in the mail one a month so no more hauling jugs home and most jugs are not recycled!

12.00 a month and I tear some in half for smaller loads. I still had about ten left when the next months package came. ❤❤❤❤
