I was thinking why cannot Amazon come up with new strategy of sending picture of the product, before it leaves the Amazon center.. this way customer feels comfortable of the package.. and why is there no proper timings of delivery many of us go to work why cannot we pick a time. 9am to 12pm / 12pm to 4pm / 4pm to 9pm.. why cannot Amazon give us such option.

The delivery process is now worst for Prime membership customers in India. I am very much frustrated because I have ordered 2 times and both the time the delivery person have done their fake work and did not delivery the order for which I was dependent. Hats off to you

Well i dont care to see the ad but amazon recently defrauded my 80yo father!!! He only uses flipkart but used amazon on my recommendation. He got broken damaged stuff and amazon refused to refund or replace because they thought what will an old man do???

Management of Amazon BOM 7 (INDIA) isn't following quality etiquettes of Amazon like not putting dunnage in the customers package 📦, damage product packing, throwing Stow pick pack of products like trash. management just decorate 4-5 aisle for visit of seniors and rest of aisles like trash.Most of PA admin and team lead aren't well educated and these uneducated people deciding our future.
