For people who have confusion… fortuner comes with 2.7l engine and this is 2l engine with 2 turbo. So if you think that revving will skid the tyres like fortuner after switching off traction control it’s not going to happen. Engine without turbo delivers power instantly and with turbo lags (even Toyota supra lags). Considering this vehicle with heavy weight, large body, less capacity engine with this barely 2 sec difference with 2.7l engine (without turbo) is wrong. According to me this engine performed above expectations and very well.

Is it a 2.0-liter inline-four engine? While the 2.0-liter engine is efficient in terms of fuel consumption and provides decent power for getting around, I believe that SUVs require an additional engine option of at least 3.0 liters to deliver better power and performance. Such an engine might consume more fuel, but it would be much more enjoyable to drive.
