How to do DIY facial cupping with Mona Dan from Vie Healing

Facial cupping might just be the ritual that will revitalize your skin without crazy skin-care products or expensive treatments. And Mona Dan — Beverly Hills-based founder of Vie Healing and Vie Rituals — is teaching us how to DIY the practice.

When you think of cupping, you might be imagining the muscle-soothing body treatment that leaves scary-looking circular bruises in its wake. *Facial* cupping, however, is designed not for deep muscle stimulation. Instead, it helps with blood flow and lymphatic drainage, with the goal of leaving your complexion looking super revitalized in only a couple of minutes (no bruises, we promise).
