World Championship 2019: Task 3

Day 3. 83km task across the valley, with optimal start position at northmost point on Krushevo ridge. Weather was strong and allowed us to finish the task in just slightly more than two hours: later on south part of the valley got completely shaded and under heavy rain. Thunderstorm with lightnings was in view while we were approaching southernmost turnpoint. More than 120 pilots successfully got to goal with about 10 more only crossing ESS very low and not reaching goal, as it was very tricky part with heavy sink. I've let leaders to go in front pretty far and was late for about 4minutes. Generally it was a beautiful day and a great task.
