A Complete (LY OUTDATED, READ DESCRIPTION) Guide to the Calamity Mod | Pre Hardmode

This is a new (old) series I want to do to help those interested in the Calamity mod but know little to nothing about it. The main reason I want to make this is hearing my own friends get the mod and be absolutely clueless, so i hope this will help.

I personally think that the ball o' fugu is the best weapon in pre hardmode progression. It does a lot of damage with lots of homing spikes

the Gunk Shot (statigel tier) is a great shotgun type weapon that can carry until you get something like an Onyx Blaster
