This might be the only scene in all of the epilogue chapters that I liked. Sukuna giving love try because he lost is such a simple but realistic choice for him to make. What does he literally have to lose at that point? Nothing. So might as well try something new.

What I like the most about this is, Sukuna literally said to Yoru that he’ll do whatever the victor wants because to him death and defeat are the same thing. So after losing to Yuji he did as Yuji requested and decided to live his next life as something other than a curse. So while Mahito will cycle back into a curse, Sukuna will become human again.

Edit: So Uraumae is WAY shorter than Sukuna.

So she could be his daughter or adopted daughter in their next life.

Or because Japanese women are already super short and Sukuna is a GARGANTUAN UNIT! She could still be a full grown woman who is just way shorter than him.

And she could be crying because her soul is that of a lost and unwanted child or because her master lost and she is grieving.

Bottom line... I WANT A SUKUNA SLICE OF LIFE COOKING SHOW... MALEVOLENT KITCHEN (or Benevolent Kitchen, since he is going to be a good guy now.)

To be honest with you... given this insight, i feel JJK was all about Sukuna. He ended up turning a leaf. He no longer is a curse... that's poetic.

Even in afterlife sukuna chose uraume rather than yoruzu...
Sukuna was Human afterall
Sukuna chose to reject love (love is the most twisted curse of them all, after all), he went on a path of revenge and since he always won and was on top of things he remained firm on his ideals.
But now that he lost, he reflects and chooses to embrace love, to head north and start a new.
Only 2-3 pages but atleast we got some conclusion for sukuna

Letting this away, Gojo is such a tragic character men.
Being born to be hunted, with the burden to protect others, being actually UNABLE to protect neither Amanai or his best friend Geto, blocked in a corrupted jujutsu tech, understood by almost no one, being seen as a weapon and actually used as weapon even after his death, not only that but even the fkin editors use him as promotion after a year of his death, only to appear as a memory of Yuji saying that he should forgot Satoru Gojo ever existed.
Idk if I m sad, mad or proud on Gege for his best creation.

Personally i think the main people upset at JJKs ending either wanted a Gojo revival or a merger arc (even tho the whole point was to prevent it). And I think the unused plot lines are left open to leave room for a part 2. Not that part 2 is planned, but rather to allow a connecting thread to part 1 in order to continue continuity and such. What are your thoughts on that idea?

Do you think it’s possible Sukuna had such a terrible childhood due to his strange features after absorbing his twin? I believe it’s implied people just called him some sort of demon and were disgusted by him, even tho he was human. But it’s those same “deformities” that made him so good at jujutsu too which I find interesting, he just sadly couldn’t use it for good and only knew how to use it for himself.

So sad that final leaks night was disrupted the way it was but whew, what an ending. 10/10 I really love how heartfelt each moment was and how Sukuna’s character was resolved. I know a lot of people are upset that not every single thread ended up getting explicitly tied up, but I genuinely don’t think it’s cope to believe that it’s better that way. I feel like a ton of people have been asking for the impossible, and I would really like to implore them to re-read from the beginning just to see how brilliantly paced and put together everything is. I feel like waiting every week/two weeks/month between chapters absolutely warps the way you see the story and I think looking at it as a whole and having fresh context is much better than looking at chapters individually spaced out over a long period of time, if that makes any sense. But oh well, haters gonna hate.

I stared at that final page for a really long time. Fully satisfied and not wanting to let go. Immediately, I got the idea to get the remaining finger as a tattoo to commemorate this amazing journey, and for what might be my last JJK related question to you (unless we get pt.2🤞) I was wondering if you have or plan on getting any JJK Tattoos? I’m planning on getting the last finger, and perhaps Mahoraga’s wheel (either fully intact or disintegrating) I’d love to hear other people’s ideas as well.
