Would like to see more of the ability to design site layout with specific web parts and have the ability to apply those as site templates that can be used across the organization. Not just be limited to Team Site templates and communication templates.

My wishlist for Microsoft:
1. Give us the option to stop the (currently automatic) design inheritance across all sites in a hub.
2. Give us more color options in the header and in the web parts.
3. (Long shot) Give us the option to have different designs for different employee groups by audience targeting designs to security groups.
