And the winner of the IBM trio poll is the Ibm PC-AT, otherwise known as the 5170. Shockingly it cleaned up really well, and it got back to near fully functional. Still took a while to get done, but the time was well worth it.
So far just a floppy controller and Video card, once i get a few more parts and pieces lined up I can really make this a fully usable machine.
Ran out of time to try any games out, so will get on that as soon as i can
