Can you add inventory items adjust and add new inventory items from the dashboard remotely and see the cost so I could quote my customer price and availability remotely through the dashboard?

So I am a lawn and garden shop that sales mowers, trimmers, and blowers. They each have a serial number. How does Clover handle that? I would expect that when I sale item A that it would prompt me to enter the serial number so I can track it for warranty information. Can Clover do this?
