Twist King or Curl Sponge🤔

I really can’t tell too much of a difference. Only thing I can think of is the twist king being a bit more sanitary and it doesn’t remove as much product from your hair as the sponge.

Twist king is better. Look like the sponge side is flatten down. And curls are more defined with the twist king

What has been working for me is I use the twist king first, then go back and define the twists with the flat side of the curl sponge. Try it

Twist King. The sponge removes your hair. I've had way less hair loss with that block of plastic with knows! Twist King is better.

The twist king but, if you use a bit more product and work it further down in your hair the outcome would be sweet

i got braids now but i remember when i used to use the curl sponge, alot of my hair would come out due to the material of the sponge and friction

from what i see the twist king has way better material long term for your hair

Got the gold one from CVS last week. It was on clearance for 75% off, which only came out to $4. Only the gold one on clearance, not the blk. Solid‼️

They both look nice, but the material the Twist King is made from, it’s easier to clean. It’s more sanitary. The sponge can begin to mold due to using water and hair product.

i think its also a texture difference. you should reverse the sponge over with the bumpy side like you did with the twist king. it seems like you were using the flat side of the sponge instead of the bumpy side

Throw dat sponge away, those sponges pull ya hair follicles out from the root and makes your hair hard to grow properly 🤔

I actually think the sponge is better. If you look carefully you can see there are more curls and tighter, overall difference not too drastic

Twist only work good on high hair tho. I have to go back to the Nudred sponge its good for shorter hair. Once my length come back im back on that black on black sponge. That twist a beast
