Relaxing Music with the Sights of Athens Greece. Take a few minutes of your day to enjoy the 4k video with the calm background music. #Athens is the capital and largest city of Greece with a population of approximately 4 million people. Athens is one of the world's oldest cities, and its history exceeds 3,400 years. Its earliest human presence is recognised as being somewhere between the 11th and 7th millennia BC.
#Athens was once the centre for the arts, learning and philosophy. It is the home of Plato's Academy and Aristotle's Lyceum. This is where students were taught about his method of inductive and deductive reasoning.
Athens is now widely referred to as the cradle of Western civilization. The birthplace of democracy and having a significant political impact on the European continent— especially Ancient Rome.
Athens today is a large cosmopolitan metropolis and central to economic, financial, industrial, maritime, political and cultural life in Greece. It is also a tourist spot, and many people come every year to see the incredible historic #sights.
I hope that you are able to relax and that seeing the sights of Athens helps to reduce stress and any anxiety that you have today. Take a mental vacation enjoy the many Athens attractions including incredible Acropolis or Athens. When here you will see the Beule Gate, the Porch of The Maidens, the Porch of the Maidens, the Flagpole on The Belvedere, the Stoa of Eumenes, the magnificent Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Propylaeahe which is an impressive columned staircase leading to the top of the Acropolis. The Erechtheion that was constructed on the north side of the Acropolis between 421 and 405 BCE and of course the Parthenon. Rapidly constructed under Pericles’ watch from 448-432 BCE. These monuments are really, really old!!
The Acropolis Museum is a good place to process all that you see, and this is located by the southeastern slope of the Acropolis hill.
Take a trip to Syntagma Square and visit Athens Parliament building for The Changing of the Guards. It happens every hour, on the hour. In all weather conditions the Guards will be there and change shifts in couples, using intricately choreographed moves worth seeing.
The Panathenaic Stadium really is made of marble. It is a multi-purpose stadium in Athens, Greece and one of the main historic attractions of Athens. it is the only stadium in the world built entirely of marble.
The stadium built primarily for the Panathenaic Games was then rebuilt in marble by Herodes Atticus,144 AD and had a capacity of 50,000 seats. The stadium was excavated in 1869 and hosted the Olympics in 1870 and 1875. It has since hosted the opening and closing ceremonies of the first modern Olympics in 1896 and was once again used as an Olympic venue in 2004.
If you decide to really travel and see Athens for yourself my advice would be to get an Athens Greece travel guide and an Acropolis travel Guide. This would include Athens Greece travel tips and of course things to do in Athens Greece.
If you have work to do or exams to prepare for this video may be a meltdown remedy and encourage you to get you into the correct frame of mind. You may choose to reward yourself by taking yourself to Tokyo for your efforts. I do hope the peaceful and healing 'study music' helps you to reach your goals.
