Cut out as much sugar as possible. Always treat other people the way I wish to be treated. Stop associating with any toxic people. Happy New year docs!

I started them in December. 1. More exercise. I joined a gym. 2. Lower my blood pressure without medications. 3. Continue to lose weight. Lost 63 have 55 to go. Started that in 2022. Hope you reach your goals too, especially the family stuff.😊❤

No #1, 2, 3 resolutions for me but : I continually try to be mindful of myself, of others and need to stay more focused on the present instead of in the future. I was fortunate enough to retire at 55, almost 9 years ago, and adopted a daily regimen of yoga and hiking every morning to start out my day. Happy 2024. The ol’ gal in Victoria 🇨🇦

Ha. Dr W. - you absolutely said last year that you would do more cookery with your wife. Maybe you did, and she said, "no, Brad, no! Get out of my kitchen!"
I always forget what my resolutions were. And I forgot to make any this year. Why is it always a number of '3'?

Last year I tried to follow the concept of Lagom - “ not too much, not too little, just enough” You can apply this to so many areas of your life - and like Brad, I’m recycling this resolution 😄

#1, share more of your videos. I learn so much from you guys. #2. Cut out sugar. Last year I resolved to adopt a vegan diet and did very well with it but, I did not cut out sugar. #3, write more letters.

My first thought was, “Merch? Nah.” But a reminder that “ you are in charge of your own health” seems like a good idea. A magnet to put on the fridge? A decal to put on the bathroom mirror?
No mugs though. Nobody needs more of those 😏

#1, Brad your resolution to help cook more meals was last year‘s also. I had to go back and look. Plus there are a lot of videos I missed that I’m gonna have to go back and watch!

#2 Typically I don’t make resolutions because I tend to disappoint myself. But if I WERE to make one or two, one of them would be to eat healthier for my brain as well as my body. Also, to try to relax and not be so anxious.

Let’s see how we do throughout the year!

For every new thing I bring into my house, I will get rid of at least one thing that I already have. Ex: buy a book, donate a shirt to a thrift store, etc.; they don’t have to be the same sort of thing, basically one in, minimum of one out.

This one leads to a lot of good your promises to am very good at keeping my word when I deal with how much better your life would be if you actually did what you told yourself you would do. Docs are great, love their videos.
