Kadence, Generate, Blocksy, Bricks, Genesis, Spectra, Stackable, Cicwly, Oxygen, Breakdance, Elementor ... It's just all too much!!! I miss my Macromedia Dreamweaver days of 90s. Paul, I love you dearly but I am going to forward you my mental therapy bills LOL

Its very confusing and annoying that its not clear when you are presenting features only covered in the premium version. This way it more looks like a promo for GeneratePress Premium.

I have watched hours of your WordPress content and it’s all terrific. But it’s time we talk about your Star Wars art and TIE Fighter in the background. I’m digging it.

I just want to say thank you for such a helpful video. I watched it after a night of fails with GP and GB. One little detail that it easy to miss and therefore causes at ton of issues is if you do not add an inner container to the main container. If you add a block container instead, everything will not format correctly and it will be a mess to get things spaced and such. The latest GP does not have the full width and Inner container options in the page options anymore, so I had to figure out the discrepancy with your video. And it was a huge help to see the Pattern section which I totally missed untill I saw you video.

I would love to see more design walkthroughs usin GP Premium and GB. For now, I am wondering what and why you would recommend for adding spacing in the responsive desgining? Padding or margins. For example, if a block or form goes right up to the edge of the screen and you want a 20px space on the left and right -- padding or margin? Does it matter?

Thank you again!!!!

I would like to see more on Generate Press including contrasting the design interface and elements with their Gutenberg counterparts.

I was glad to find this, until I started trying to use it. A lot has changed in a year (since this was made). Every day I use them I am less and less a fan of content blocks. They certainly do well at blocking me from creating content. What a LOT of time spent dealing with what used to be much simpler, almost unnoticed, when writing a post.

Great video! If you could get into more complex GeneratePress designs that would be great!

A most excellent overview on GP and blocks. More complex designs in GP would be great. Thanks for the video!

The pattern library @ 26:47 is only in the GenerateBlocks paid versions.

A dedicated video on Elements would be fantastic 🙌 For example, setting up a layout element so you don't have to keep changing those containers to full width ;-)

I'm planning to walk away from Elementor! I really like Blocksy, it doesn't generate an outrageous amount of unnecessary code and has dynamic content! 😉

Hi Paul, again great tut! Bit off-topic: I need Name or Painter or Vendor of the left painting on the wall behind you (the orange red one). Could you please give me a hint? Thanks!

Please, please, please... create a detailed video for GeneratePress & GenerateBlocks combined with ACF and Custom Post Types or Crocoblock, if possible. 😄

Hi! Thank you so much for this video, It's helping me a TON. I have a question about adding the container block (have the video paused at 14:50 for reference). When I tried to add a container block, that's not coming up as an option for me when I try to add a block. Is It because I don't have the premium version? Thanks!

Interesting and hopefully just the start of a series on GP/GB. But have to say I am not finding gpgb very easy at all. Lots of awkward ways of working with lots of scrolling and clicking around. Not always easy to know or find where settings are. I’m especially confused with the dynamic features where you can use a toolbar or the block sidebar but each have different but overlapping settings. I seem to be able to do half a job using each but no way to achieve the whole job.

Ive never been interested in anything Gutenberg, but after watching this video and what generate press and blocks can do, I see lots of real potential... i might whip up a few basic clients sites with this combo just for the fun of it :)
