Patriot Warrior 2019 Aeromedical Evacuation Training #ReserveReady

Reserve Citizen Airmen, U.S Soldiers and British Royal Air Force members load simulated casualties for an air evacuation during the 2019 Patriot Warrior exercise Aug. 17, 2019, that includes a C-17 Globemaster III, and U.S Army HH-60 Black Hawks at the Sparta-Fort McCoy Airport at Fort McCoy, Wis.
