I love Cracker Barrelrestaurant. It's the best franchise restaurant in the country.

I can not recall ANY large chain restaurant or retailer that has not been affected by legal issues. If you grow large and you employ many people, you'll have some issues. I go out of my way to eat at a Cracker Barrel, food and service is predictable and great.
