As impressive as the instrumentals always are, the vocals and vocal layering never lag behind. Such emotional soft singing. And that scream in the transition is scary, cathartic and aggressive, all in one. Gives me shivers. Throughout all the albums, I love what Niklas does either purely vocally or enhanced. Pretty much my favorite voice in metal. Paired with the beautiful and/or massive music, I confidently call OC my favorite band. Can't see it changing anytime soon either.
