im disappointing in the content, is mostly political. would have been better a deeper history on the gov program, as to why the change was made, has it been effective on its intention.
"some people are treated this way, other people are treated that way" must make law rather complicated. it sure has made whole sections of the government act unconstitutionally, since the constitution doesnt apply to illegals.
makes you wonder:
Are governments beholden to their values? but how if they are capable to act outside their own constitution by awarding its constitutional rights or what the supreme court understood as "Protections from the governments" only to its people.
this is something everyone of every nationality has to understand.
Governments are more bearable from within and, so long as they have weapons, a mafia from without.
