This German mace proves that weapons can be art. Although pleasing to the eye, it is deadly in function. By the 1500s, armor had become very good protection from most weapons, but that was not the case with an eight bladed mace like this one. This expertly reproduced steel mace has a brushed finish. Great job, McKenzie! Really slick looking mace. I purchased Windlass’ Gothic Parade Mace (retired?) from Medieval Collectibles about 5 years ago, so I suspect this is an equally great product.

I know you’ll need to switch it up with different genres of weapons, but the next time you showcase a mace, I’d love to see the Windlass Bar Mace (#600652)! It’s appears simple, yet alluring.
