I have a theory that what increases the chance of getting good fruit is not the sea, but the level of the account used. The higher your account level the higher the chance to get good fruit, Because the game system calculates that you need better fruit to match your account level, and also the roll system thinks that your account is at the same level as the ocean that you should be at.
