Actually I was trying to solve this q. by my own.
Firstly I did it in this way😅:
ex- 12 & 13
12's sq.=144
13's sq.=169
and: 169-144=25
Therefore, their are 25 no. between 12's & 13' square.

I checked my ans back of the t.b; But it was incorrect & so I watched this video! I wasn't knowing that we also have some formulae for this!
